In June 2023, we officially opened our second production plant. This new facility covers 8,000 square meters, making our total production area 12,000 square meters. We now offer over 1,000 types of casters for industrial, medical, and furniture use, along with custom options. Running both plants together improves our production and delivery, helping us reach more customers around the world.
12,000 sqm of Combined Production Capacity
To keep up with growing customer orders and improve our production layout, we opened our second production plant in June 2023. The new plant spans 8,000 square meters, and when combined with our original plant's 4,000 square meters, we have a total of 12,000 square meters. The two plants work together, sharing production tasks and resources. This teamwork resolves production delays and boosts our efficiency for large orders, while giving us the flexibility to allocate capacity between standard catalog products and customized orders.
Closed-Loop Production System
With both plants, we have created a full production system that includes research, mold development, injection molding, metal processing, assembly, testing, storage, and delivery. We handle all these steps ourselves, ensuring quality control and faster production times. Our skilled R&D team has extensive experience in the caster industry and understands what customers need, which is why we can support both small custom jobs and large recurring contracts from the same production base.
1,000+ Caster Models with Full Customization
We now have over 1,000 caster products for industrial, furniture, and medical applications. Thanks to our advanced production methods and expert R&D team, we provide many customization options. This includes heavy-duty industrial casters, quiet furniture casters, rust-resistant medical casters, and heat-resistant special casters. We develop personalized caster solutions based on each customer's requirements, including load capacity, materials, design, and installation size.
