Step 1: Stamping Caster Components Process
Caster housing, top plate and swivel plate are shaped by several stamping processes. Our factory is equipped with 4 sets of high speed automatic presses. Production Capacity reaches 60 000 sets casters per day.
With the feature of automatic, high speed and high precious, it guarantees each caster is in stable good quality.
The feature of high efficient and low running cost, also helps us to manufacture quality casters in low cost.
A steel roll comes into the automatic presses. At the outlet, it is shaped into each piece of caster housing, after serval stamp processes in the same automatic press machine.
Step 2: Plating Process
Including pretreatment and plating. All our caster metal parts are plated by our professional plating suppliers. Quality and stable plating finish is one of our advantages comparing to our competitors.

Step 3: Injecting Caster Wheel Process
Wheel is very important part of a caster. We strictly control wheel quality by using pure new raw material, good quality molds, and advanced injection machines. All wheels are injected by our own factory. Customizing wheel styles, colors are available.

Step 4: Assembling Caster Process
All semi-products pass quality checking, then will be assembled as final caster. In this process, it also include several sub-processes.

Step 5: Packing Caster Process
Generally, each caster is covered with PVC pouch to avoid damages to caster surface, then packed with a carton. Carton with clients' logo is available.
